The differences primarily lie in energy efficiency ratings and thermal management. The YBX3 series meets IE3 premium efficiency guidelines. Yes. Standard flameproof motors (e.g., YBX5 series) are engineered for gas explosive atmospheres (Zone 1/Zone 2, Group IIA/IIB/IIC). For dust hazards (Zone 21/22), we supply the YFB3 and YFB4 series. These are dust-ignition-proof (Ex t) with IP65 ingress protection, preventing combustible dust from entering the housing and maintaining low external surface temperatures.
Our medium-voltage and high-voltage motors utilize Class F insulation systems (rated for 155°C) with a Class B temperature rise limit (80K), providing an operational safety margin. The windings undergo Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) with solventless epoxy resin, ensuring a moisture-proof, chemical-resistant, and mechanically stable stator package.
