The YBX3 series of ultra-high efficiency explosion-proof AC motor is designed to meet the needs of the market. They are replacements for the YB3 series(low voltage motor for explosive atmosphere). They meet the efficiency standards in GB18613-2012 and the IE3 grade in IEC60034-30-2008.
This series of flameproof motors complies with the national standards GB3836.1-2010 "Explosive atmospheres Part 1: General requirements for equipment" and GB3836.2-2010 "Explosive atmospheres Part 2: Provisions for equipment protected by flameproof enclosures 'd'". At the same time, the design of its flameproof structure and parameters refers to the IEC60079-1 "Structure and test of flameproof enclosures for electrical equipment" and EN50018 "Electrical equipment for explosive atmospheres 'd'".
The motor is made into flameproof type, and the explosion-proof marks are Exd I Mb, Exd II A T4 Gb, Exd II B T4 Gb, Exd II C T4 Gb, which are respectively suitable for underground fixed equipment in coal mines and factories with Class II A, Class II B, Class II C, and temperature groups T1~T4 where there are explosive gas mixtures.
It is in accordance with IEC standard, and can be exported to the countries and areas that carry out IEC standard, as well as applied to imported equipment.
