Z series medium-sized DC motors, featuring center heights of 355 to 710mm, represent a new variety of medium-sized DC motors developed after the development of Z4 series small DC motors. The performance, appearance, installation dimensions, and technical requirements of this series comply with JB/9577-1999 standards and IEC international standards. Additionally, the mechanical dimensions and tolerances of the motors conform to ISO international standards.
This series of motors is widely applied across various industrial sectors, including metallurgical industrial rolling mills, metal cutting machine tools, papermaking, dyeing and weaving, printing, cement, and plastic extrusion machinery. The motors employ an advanced design, incorporating a polygonal lamination structure for the stator frame to optimize space usage, resulting in compact size, light weight, and reliable performance. The stator yoke, magnetic poles, and armature core are manufactured from high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel plates, ensuring superior magnetic conductivity.
Furthermore, the entire stator and rotor undergo solvent-free vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) treatment, providing the windings with excellent moisture resistance, high mechanical strength, and outstanding insulation and thermal conductivity. Equipped with rolling bearings and a non-stop oiling structure, this series achieves an insulation rating of Class H. These motors can run on either a standard DC power supply or a static rectifier power supply.
