The difference primarily lies in their structural design and cooling methods. YX series motors are standard high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous motors. YKK features a closed air-to-air cooling system with an integrated air cooler mounted on top of the stator frame. YKS features a water-jacketed air-to-water cooling system, which is ideal in locations where noise levels need to be minimized or where ambient air temperature is excessively high.
